超软的淡奶油大吐司
此款吐司所用的淡奶油量极大,所用材料的用量也是在制作过程中不断调整才最终确立的。由于使用的淡奶油极为浓稠,按着面粉和液体的比例来换算,淡奶油和鸡蛋液的总量已经超出了面粉量的70%。但面团真是极其滋润、舒展。做出的成品吐司也是奶香十足,柔软得可以卷成圈圈。由于淡奶油中的油脂含量比较高,所以此方中没有再放黄油。

  • 蜜福堂幼砂糖45克

  • 1.全部材料准备好
  • 2.材料入面包桶中
  • 3.启动揉面程序,将面团揉得非常柔软滋润
  • 4.用手能撑出这种薄薄的膜来即可
  • 5.将面团取出,置于揉面垫上,用手揉几下,然后按压出这种长方形的厚片来
  • 6.卷成卷
  • 7.考虑到这样的造型烤出来的吐司,两边会有明显的卷卷状,不好看,我又将其团成了一个圆球
  • 8.放进面包桶内,启动“发酵和烘焙”功能键,剩下的二发及烘烤工作就全程交给面包机来完成了
  • 9.时间到,大吐司出炉了。因为整形时略有些紧,所以表面有些开裂
  • 10.快速将吐司从桶中扣出,晾架上晾凉
  • 11.看着还挺周正,裂口可以忽略不计
  • 12.超级柔软的吐司片,抹上果酱食用,更回美味
