可可松花雪山蛋糕

Steps to make 可可松花雪山蛋糕

  • 1.将玉米油放入微波炉加热,加入可可粉搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入牛奶充分搅拌乳化,筛入低粉Z字搅拌均匀。
  • 3.3、加入蛋黄,搅拌至顺滑。
  • 4.4、蛋白分3次加入白砂糖打至大弯沟状。
  • 5.取一部分蛋白与可可面糊翻拌均匀。
  • 6.6、再全部倒回到蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.7、将翻拌好的面糊倒入到28寸烤盘中,轻震模具震出大气泡。
  • 8.8、烤箱上火160度,下火150度,烘烤20-22分钟,这次用的这款烤箱是美的补湿烤箱,做面包发酵直接加湿度,烤欧包直接制造蒸汽。这次用它烤蛋糕!往下看效果哦!
  • 9.9、烘烤后的蛋糕胚,出炉震掉热气,静置3分钟脱模,撕掉油纸。妥妥的毛巾面!修掉边缘,平均分成3份。
  • 10.将淡奶油打发,挤于蛋糕片上,其他两片继续这个操作。
  • 11.11、将3片蛋糕胚叠放好,放入冰箱冷藏一会儿定型。
  • 12.12、冷藏后,将蛋糕分成3至4块,这个块数的多少,直接影响雪山的大小,对角切开。
  • 13.13、切开的蛋糕,最长边涂抹奶油,背靠背摆放。
  • 14.14、之前修掉的边缘打成碎末,涂抹上奶油,粘上蛋糕碎!完成!
  • 15.蛋糕碎末也可以用其他东西来代替。
