草莓奶油蛋糕

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 色拉油30克
  • 鲜牛奶30克
  • 细砂糖30克(蛋白用)
  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 玉米淀粉5克
  • 白醋2滴
  • 动物性淡奶300g
  • 糖粉20g
  • 细砂糖20克(蛋黄用)

Steps to make 草莓奶油蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分离,蛋黄加入20克细砂糖,用打蛋器轻轻打散
  • 2.加入色拉油和牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.再筛入低筋面粉
  • 4.搅拌均匀
  • 5.现在做蛋白糊,蛋白里分三次加入30克细砂糖,打到提起打蛋器,蛋白能拉出一个短小直立的尖角,达到干性发泡的状态就可以了
  • 6.把1/3蛋白糊加到蛋黄糊中
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀轻轻从底部往上翻拌均匀,再将拌好的糊全部倒入蛋白糊中,轻轻从底部往上翻拌均匀
  • 8.将混合好的蛋糕糊倒入6寸心形模,活底的要包上锡纸,用手端住模具在桌上用力震几下,把内部的大气泡震出来,放进预热好的烤箱,160度,约1个小时
  • 9.将蛋糕从烤箱里取出来,立即倒扣在冷却架上直到冷却
  • 10.脱模放凉,即可用来做各种生日蛋糕了
  • 11.六寸心形蛋糕彻底放凉,用刀削成两片
  • 12.先拿一片蛋糕片放在垫纸上,抹上一层奶油
  • 13.铺上切小的草莓粒
  • 14.再抹上一层奶油,再盖上另一片蛋糕片
  • 15.在表面和四周全抹上一层奶油
  • 16.将奶油装有扁锯齿形的裱花袋里,在边围一圈横竖拉长条裱出竹篮状花纹
  • 17.挑上几个较小的草莓,去底铺在蛋糕上面上
  • 18.上面撒上一些糖粉
  • 19.在上下边缘裱上小花,放几片薄荷叶装饰即可
