淋面蛋糕
这里面有年前年后做的几个蛋糕,图二这个蛋糕是因为我侄子今天满18岁生日了,高三了只有周六晚上回来,所以提前给他过生日,刚好今年要高考,提前给他过生日,祝福他,给他加加油打打气,希望他不辜负自己的18岁生日!

  • 蛋糕胚1个
  • 淡奶油600g
  • 草莓150g
  • 蓝莓50g
  • 车厘子100g
  • 巧克力30g

Steps to make 淋面蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕胚分成厚薄均匀的三等份然后淡奶油加入50克糖,中低速打成7分发装入裱花袋。
  • 2.蛋糕胚上挤上一圈奶油,用抹刀抹均匀后铺上水果。
  • 3.再挤上一些那样用抹刀抹均匀好填补水果之间的缝隙,再放上一块蛋糕胚,重复前面的做法。
  • 4.最后一层上面多放一下奶油,用抹刀抹均匀。
  • 5.抹成这样,我这个没有抹好,因为时间比较赶加上本来要淋面所以就没有去修了,然后放冰箱冷藏室备用。
  • 6.巧克力隔热水融化后加上淡奶油继续搅拌至完全融合成光滑的状态。
  • 7.这个状态就可以了,然后装入裱花袋稍稍冷却后用。
  • 8.巧克力冷却到手可以拿不觉得烫手了就一长一短的在蛋糕周边挤上一圈(一个人忘了拍这个过程)
  • 9.然后写上寄语,(请忽略我写的字,第一次写,没把握好)然后再间隔的挤上花花,放上水果装饰一下,蛋糕就完成了。
