免揉膜的牛奶排包
免揉膜的牛奶排包:不用揉面不用厨师机的懒人做法。而且用的普通中筋面粉就可以(高筋粉吃没了),只需一个烤箱就可以。350g中筋粉+白糖35g+酵母粉4g+盐2g+牛奶270g+玉米油20g(盐、糖,酵母分开放),所有食材和到一起,放冰箱冷藏1宿,拿出。铺点面粉防粘,擀长条,分成8个剂子,擀成片卷起,放到抹了油的烤盘中,盖保鲜室温发酵,我是早晨5点半拿出,8点半烤的,发酵3小时,如果烤盘下放温水(或烤箱中发酵),1小时大概就可以。发酵好后抹上鸡蛋液,撒上椰蓉,180℃烤箱烤25分钟,很松软,也省事,我觉得挺好吃。不用厨师机与面包机,只需和个面,做个型。
