香酥芝麻条

Steps to make 香酥芝麻条

  • 1.所有材料准备好。
  • 2.鸡蛋、砂糖,倒在一起,搅拌均匀,然后倒入玉米油。
  • 3.搅拌均匀,筛入面粉和泡打粉的混合物。
  • 4.先用筷子搅拌成絮状,再下手揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟。
  • 5.醒好的面团转移到案板上,擀成1cm厚的圆饼,再切成小细条。
  • 6.用手搓成圆柱体,在水里蘸一下,放在芝麻里滚一滚,再用手轻捏几下,使得白芝麻和面条贴合的比较紧实。
  • 7.油温五成热,将芝麻条下入锅中,小火慢炸。
  • 8.炸至芝麻条变胖,漂起来了,转中火炸至表面金黄酥脆即可。
  • 9.做好的芝麻条,口感酥脆,香甜可口,咬一口嘎嘣脆,放凉之后密封起来就可以了。
