  • 菜油2大勺
  • 精盐1/3小勺
  • 生抽2大勺
  • 蚝油1大勺
  • 胡椒粉1/2小勺
  • 白糖1/4小勺

Steps to make 香肠蔬菜炒意粉

  • 1.把青豆和玉米倒入锅,中大火,煸至出香味,出锅备用。
  • 2.香肠切粒,锅放底油1大勺,倒入香肠,大中火爆香。
  • 3.盛起留油。
  • 4.葱头切片蒜瓣拍扁。
  • 5.另锅放水,烧开,加菜油1大勺、精盐1/3小勺,倒入意粉,煮熟透。
  • 6.捞起,用冷水冲洗后滤水。
  • 7.炒锅放入蒜头和葱头。
  • 8.倒入意粉,翻炒至干水,加生抽2大勺、蚝油1大勺、胡椒粉1/2小勺、白糖1/4小勺,兜匀。
  • 9.放入香肠、青豆和玉米,翻炒均匀,出锅。Enjoy !
