巧克力曲奇棒
虽然现在的这个季节非常适合挤曲奇,一来曲奇面团不至于太难挤,而且现在开烤箱屋里也不至于热的站不住人。这款曲奇饼干纯属偷懒之作,再怎么样也觉得挤曲奇是件太费力的事儿,这样挤成条还省力些。

  • 白巧克力20克
  • 鸡蛋40克
  • 可可粉10克
  • 黄油96克
  • 糖粉25克
  • 1克
  • 绵白糖35克

Steps to make 巧克力曲奇棒

  • 1.黄油室温软化加糖和糖粉,用打蛋器打发;
  • 2.然后分次加入打匀的鸡蛋;
  • 3.将低筋面粉、可可粉过筛到黄油中,然后轻轻拌匀(上下翻,不能用力搅拌)
  • 4.拌好的面糊装进裱花袋,用大号花嘴在垫了油布的烤盘上,挤成4厘米左右的长条;
  • 5.烤箱185度预热10分钟左右,把烤盘放烤箱的中层,烤15分钟左右;
  • 6.白巧克力隔水融化,先把曲奇的一头沾上巧克力,然后放油纸上,等完全冷却后再沾另一头;
  • 7.所有的沾完即可享用啦;
  • 8.完成
