香菇酿肉

  • 猪肉馅200g
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 大葱1段
  • 1块
  • 小葱1颗
  • 精盐半匙
  • 一品鲜酱油一匙
  • 蚝油半匙
  • 十三香少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 香油少许

Steps to make 香菇酿肉

  • 1.香菇去蒂。
  • 2.里面划几刀,方便入味。
  • 3.肉馅中加精盐,生抽,蚝油,十三香,分次加适量清水顺着一个方向搅拌至上劲。
  • 4.加入香油,胡萝卜檫碎加入搅拌均匀。
  • 5.香菇酿入肉馅。
  • 6.都抹好肉馅后摆入盘子中。
  • 7.放入蒸锅中,水开蒸八~十分钟。
  • 8.蒸香菇出的汤倒入锅中,加少许蚝油,一品鲜小火烧开,加水淀粉搅匀做成芡汁。
  • 9.浇在香菇上面,撒上小葱花。
  • 10.成品图。
