橙皮吐司
老早就看到有把糖渍橙皮放入面包中,一直想象不出是什么口感,就怕带苦味。这次榨了两个橙子后,自己做了糖渍橙皮,添加到面包中,味道真是美妙极了,带着橙香,带着清甜,真的不错哦。

  • 高筋面粉250克
  • 橙汁130克
  • 糖渍橙皮30克
  • 蛋液30克
  • 黄油10克
  • 2克
  • 5克
  • 酵母3克
  • 蛋液10克(刷表面)

Steps to make 橙皮吐司

  • 1.面包桶内放入蛋液、橙汁
  • 2.放入面包粉,对角放糖、盐,中间放酵母
  • 3.糖渍橙皮切丁
  • 4.和面20分钟后放入黄油、橙皮
  • 5.再和面30分钟,拉出不宜破的薄膜
  • 6.进行发酵
  • 7.发好的面团取出排气后分成3份,醒15分钟
  • 8.擀成椭圆形
  • 9.卷起
  • 10.压扁再擀成长条
  • 11.卷起放入模具,放入烤箱发酵
  • 12.发好的面包胚刷上蛋液
  • 13.烤箱预热,上下火180度中下层烤30—35分钟左右,上色后盖上锡纸
