酱烧蛏子
清明是蛏子最肥美的时节,也是清明必吃的传统美食,以表达对已逝祖先的虔心诚意。

Steps to make 酱烧蛏子

  • 1.主角闪亮登场,刚从泥里出来的,还鲜活的,吐着泡呢!
  • 2.把蛏子冲洗几遍,放入盐水中浸泡1小时以上。
  • 3.泡好的蛏子再冲洗一下,用刀把蛏子侧面这个 的割一下,也可不割,但烧好后壳肉分离,影响外观。
  • 4.准备好的食材如上图。
  • 5.把蛏子放入高压锅中,放入盐。
  • 6.倒入味达美臻品料酒。
  • 7.加入姜蒜和辣椒圈。
  • 8.最后倒入适量的清水和葱伴侣豆瓣酱。
  • 9.盖上锅盖,大火烧,听到哧哧响时,再烧2分钟,关火焖2分钟。
  • 10.揭开锅盖,酱烧蛏子就好了。
  • 11.装盘,淋入味达美初榨原汁生抽。
  • 12.再倒上酱汤,放上香菜叶子装饰一下,肥肥美美的酱烧蛏子就可以上桌了。
