牛肉粉丝砂锅
冬季吃砂锅美食是个不错的选择,各式各样的食材搭配好的砂锅口味也不一样,辣味的我还是比较喜欢牛肉或者羊肉的,加点粉丝,大白菜炖炖,鲜辣开胃,很暖和!

Steps to make 牛肉粉丝砂锅

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.牛肉块先加点姜片,葱段,清水煮熟。
  • 3.煮熟的牛肉放凉切片,大白菜也切成小块。
  • 4.切好的白菜铺在锅底。
  • 5.牛肉片再铺在白菜上,再加入粉丝。
  • 6.热锅凉油,小火煸香郫县豆瓣酱。
  • 7.炒好的豆瓣酱全部加在砂锅里面。
  • 8.加适量的煮牛肉的汤,生抽,盐,白糖烧开再大火炖煮5分钟左右。
  • 9.最后撒点青蒜叶。
