花型椰蓉面包
椰蓉的香甜都不会拒绝的,烤的时候满屋飘香,用做豆浆剩下的稀豆渣代替水分。

  • 中粉100克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 酵母4克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 4克
  • 稀豆渣170克
  • 无盐黄油100克
  • 椰蓉90克
  • 糖粉60克
  • 奶粉30克
  • 鸡蛋40克

Steps to make 花型椰蓉面包

  • 1.椰蓉、糖粉、奶粉、盐2克入盆中,加入软化的黄油70克,用手搓揉混合均匀,加入鸡蛋40克,用刮刀拌匀,呈团状,放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 2.把高粉、中粉、鸡蛋一个、稀豆渣、酵母、盐、糖放入面包机桶中,搅拌成团;
  • 3.加入黄油后,继续将面团打至出膜;收圆入面包机桶中,室温下一发;
  • 4.发酵到位的面团;
  • 5.取出面团,排气,分割8份,滚圆,松弛15分钟;
  • 6.取出冷藏的椰蓉馅,分成8份
  • 7.面团按扁,包入椰蓉馅;
  • 8.面团再次按扁,擀长,长边叠起,再对折,
  • 9.对折的地方切2刀,分开切口,分开切开,即成花形;
  • 10.依次做完,放入烤盘,在温暖的地方二次发酵,发酵到位,面团表面刷蛋液;
  • 11.放入预热180度的烤箱,中层,18-20分钟,若上色深,可盖锡纸;
  • 12.到时取出,放烤架放凉。
