糖粥藕
糖粥藕是江苏南京小吃。粥中放红糖,用糯米煮成,再加大节藕段,食用时,将藕段切成薄片,拌入粥中。鉴于居家的条件有限,我这款糖粥藕,较比正宗的糖粥藕程序稍作调整。没有煮大节藕段,食用时,再将藕段切成薄片,拌入粥中。而是直接将莲藕切成片与糯米一起煮。
这款粥的养生功效很突出。可以补气血,健脾养胃,滋阴润燥,美容养颜等等。

Steps to make 糖粥藕

  • 1.糯米洗干净,用冷水浸泡30分钟。
  • 2.桂圆干洗干净,用冷水浸泡10分钟。
  • 3.糯米,连同浸泡糯米的水倒入电饭煲内胆。
  • 4.桂圆,连同浸泡桂圆的水倒入电饭煲内胆。
  • 5.加适量水,将内胆放入电饭煲通电煲。
  • 6.莲藕去皮洗干净。
  • 7.糯米煲20分钟后莲藕切成片入电饭煲同煲。
  • 8.煲至莲藕软糯,添加红糖,断电。
  • 9.搅拌至红糖融化即可盛出享用。
