儿子有个很要好的同学,从上学的时候就爱来我家玩。爱吃我做的披萨。现在都工作了,年轻人忙啊,但常常还会想起我做的披萨。今天就特意做了一个给他吃。因牛肉等口味的他都吃过了,今天就做了鸡肉的。

Steps to make 鸡肉玉米披萨

  • 1.提前炒好的披萨酱备用
  • 2.主料中除黄油外所有食材放入面包机,启动和面程序
  • 3.10分钟后加软化的黄油
  • 4.共30分钟,面团揉至扩展阶段
  • 5.可以拉出手套膜
  • 6.盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍大小
  • 7.马苏里拉切丝
  • 8.熟的鸡肉切切丁,熟玉米粒备好,小西红柿洗净,用的时候对切两半
  • 9.发酵好的面团排气松弛后弄成圆形,放入披萨盘中,成型后扎孔
  • 10.铺上披萨酱
  • 11.撒上一层马苏里拉
  • 12.鸡肉切丁,我用的烤鸡的鸡胸和鸡腿肉,甜椒切丁
  • 13.撒上鸡肉丁,玉米粒和彩椒丁
  • 14.再铺上一层马苏里拉
  • 15.烤箱170度预热5分钟,入烤箱放下面第二层,烤20分钟
  • 16.出来再撒上一层马苏里拉,摆上西红柿
  • 17.继续烤5--8分钟
  • 18.烤好的披萨,奶香十足,开吃吧
