    Steps to make 一步一步做汤圆

    • 1.将温水倒入糯米面搅拌,取其中一小部分揉成团。
    • 2.将小团放入开水煮。

    • 4.将煮好的糯米团放入糯米粉中再加温水揉成团,醒发半小时。
    • 5.黑芝麻炒熟擀成面,加入白糖、生猪油调成馅料,放入冰箱冷藏一小时。
    • 6.冷藏好的馅料。
    • 7.将糯米面团揉成长条后揪成小剂子,揉圆,用手拍边成片,放入馅料,虎口处收口揉圆,即成汤圆。盘子里撒干糯米粉,将汤圆滚一滚沾上干粉,覆盖保鲜膜放到冰箱冷冻随吃随煮。
