    Steps to make 东北大拌菜

    • 1.将各原料洗净
    • 2.水沸后下绿豆芽焯熟,焯好后捞出拧去水分。
    • 3.干豆腐、胡萝卜、黄瓜、白菜切丝,蒜切末。
    • 4.将各原料放入一盆中,放入酱油。
    • 5.放入陈醋。
    • 6.放入糖。
    • 7.放入味精。
    • 8.放入盐(盐要最后放,防止菜析出水分,影响口感及外观)。
    • 9.炸好辣椒油(这是我之前已经炸好的秘制辣椒油,和妈妈学的,很香呢)。
    • 10.将辣椒油放入拌菜盆中,带上一次性手套,将菜拌匀。
