布朗尼芝士蛋糕
按照君之的方子,减糖做的。

  • 糖粉30克
  • 酸奶60克
  • 奶油奶酪250克
  • 黑巧克力50克
  • 鸡蛋60克
  • 普通面粉50克
  • 香草精2.5毫升

Steps to make 布朗尼芝士蛋糕

  • 1.首先制作布朗尼面糊。黑巧克力和黄油切成小块,放入大碗里,隔水加热并不断搅拌(水温不要太高),直到黄油与巧克力完全溶化。
  • 2.把碗从水里取出,加入细砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.继续加入鸡蛋
  • 4.加入酸奶,搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入面粉,用橡皮刮刀拌匀,使面粉和巧克力黄油糊完全混合,成为布朗尼面糊
  • 6.把布朗尼面糊倒入准备好的模具里,抹平,放进预热好的烤箱,上下火180度,中层,烤18分钟左右,面糊完全定型以后取出。然后把烤箱的温度降至160度
  • 7.布朗尼底托做好,备用
  • 8.奶油奶酪隔水加热至软化(或提前放室温下2个小时直到软化),加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打至光滑无颗粒。加入鸡蛋、香草精(没有香草精可省略)。最后加入酸奶,搅拌均匀后即成芝士蛋糕面糊
  • 9.把芝士蛋糕面糊倒在烤好的布朗尼蛋糕上,用手端着蛋糕模,用力震两下,使内部的气泡跑出。把模具放回烤箱,上下火160度,中层,烤30-40分钟,直到芝士蛋糕彻底凝固定型,按上去内部没有流动感,并且表面烤成浅金黄色即可出炉。
  • 10.烤好的蛋糕,冷却后,放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上(或冷藏过夜),再切成块,就可以享用啦。
