阿胶蜜枣吐司
看到好多亲都用蔓越莓干做面包、饼干什么的,即好看又好吃,我家正好有阿胶蜜枣,想想用它代替蔓越莓干,效果应该也差不多吧。果不其然,由于阿胶枣本身就很甜,所以只加了一点点的糖,做出来的吐司口感丰富、味道甜美很不错。

  • 面粉300g
  • 玉米油40g
  • 20g
  • 豆浆140g
  • 阿胶枣100g
  • 1g
  • 酵母粉2g

Steps to make 阿胶蜜枣吐司

  • 1.豆浆倒入面包桶内
  • 2.加玉米油,盐和糖分别放对角处
  • 3.加入面粉、酵母粉和成面团
  • 4.饧发至2倍大小
  • 5.阿胶枣切粒备用
  • 6.将饧发好的面团排气滚圆分成三份
  • 7.先取一份擀成舌头状
  • 8.铺上一层蜜枣粒
  • 9.卷起来
  • 10.把另外2个面团也做好,放吐司盒里盖盖二发
  • 11.二发好的面团(发的太满表面沾到上盒盖子了)
  • 12.预热烤箱将生胚送入烤箱180度烤40分钟
  • 13.烤好后取出晾凉
  • 14.切片即可食用
