Steps to make 椒盐虾仁

  • 1.挑去虾仁黑色的虾线。
  • 2. 冲洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 3. 调制椒盐:熟花椒粉和胡椒粉1:1,加少许盐拌匀即成。
  • 4. 制作软炸糊:面粉加适量蛋液和水搅拌粘稠的面糊。
  • 5. 再加10克食用油充分搅拌均匀。
  • 6.把备用的虾仁倒入软炸糊里。
  • 7. 将其轻轻翻拌均匀。
  • 8. 热油,放入蘸匀软炸糊的虾仁,炸制到均匀上色,漂浮起来即可捞出。
  • 9. 捞出的虾仁,放在吸油纸上吸油。
  • 10. 装盘、搭配椒盐,即可上桌品味。
