香菇盖菜心这个菜,是我一直以来都很喜欢吃的,两个普普通通的食材,经过简简单单的烹饪组合在一起,相互融合了自身最鲜美的味道,是一道特别清新的素食,清淡、鲜美,无论大人孩子都很适合。

Steps to make 【香菇菜心】--- 简单的食材、鲜美的味道

  • 1.准备好香菇、菜心,并洗净。
  • 2.锅中烧开适量水,现调入1茶勺的盐和少许食用油,再下入菜心焯熟,捞出摆入盘中。(水里加盐是为了让菜心入味,加油是为了让焯水的蔬菜保持碧绿的色彩)
  • 3.把香菇放入开水中飞水。(10来秒种即可,也可省略此步骤,但个人觉得飞过水的口感更嫩滑)
  • 4.起锅烧热少许油,倒入香菇翻炒一下。
  • 5.加入半碗水,调入蚝油和生抽。
  • 6.翻炒均匀略煮一下,至香菇熟透。
  • 7.把煮好的香菇摆入已经盛好菜心的盘子里。
  • 8.锅中剩余的汤汁,加入适量水淀粉勾成薄芡。
  • 9.均匀的淋在盘子里的香菇和菜心上。
  • 10.做好的香菇菜心。
