清蒸腐皮卷
很简单的一道蒸菜,无油烟制作,用自动锅更是方便

  • 酱油10毫升

  • 姜粉少许
  • 植物油5毫升
  • 葱花少许
  • 蚝油15毫升
  • 白糖5克
  • 清水少许

Steps to make 清蒸腐皮卷

  • 1.准备齐所有的材料,豆腐皮提前用开水烫一下,去掉豆腥气
  • 2.猪肉馅用酱油调拌均匀,放入盐、姜粉,韭菜洗净切碎,与肉馅一同收在调料盆中
  • 3.调料盆中放入植物油,将韭菜与肉馅调匀
  • 4.一张豆腐皮一切为二,在豆腐皮的1/3处涂抹上适量的肉馅
  • 5.从肉馅端卷起,摆放在盘中,一次做完全部,肉馅的量正好卷2张豆腐皮
  • 6.自动锅锅中放入自带的架子,放入5杯清水
  • 7.架子上摆放盘子,盖好盖子,接通电源,启用“清蒸。荷香鸡”功能,默认时间为28分钟
  • 8.程序结束后,会自动鸣叫,关掉电源,取出盘子即可
  • 9.另起一锅,放入耗油、白糖,少许的清水,小火烧开,煮至汤汁浓稠,关火
  • 10.腐皮卷切段,摆放盘中,淋上第9步的酱汁,撒上少许的葱花,即可上桌
