  • 1.干黄豆提前泡一个晚上,毛豆清洗干净。
  • 2.倒入豆浆机中,加适量清水,不要超过水位线。
  • 3.豆浆机选择“干湿豆”功能,也可以用破壁料理机。
  • 4.大概磨了半个小时,磨好会提示。
  • 5.用个细密的漏勺再过滤一遍口感会更好,也可以不过滤,就是比较粗糙。
  • 6.加一勺白糖搅拌均匀,营养又美味,豆香浓郁。
