  • 1.将鸡蛋磕到碗里、猪肉剁碎,香菇洗净切碎、糯米浸泡2小时。
  • 2.肉馅中放入香菇末、葱、姜、料酒、生抽、盐、味精、蛋清、淀粉。
  • 3.顺着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 4.盘中放入胡萝卜片,取适量肉馅按扁放入蛋黄包起来,外边裹上糯米团圆。
  • 5.将每个都做好,放入盘中。
  • 6.锅里加足量水烧开,放入肉丸大火蒸40分钟。
  • 7.出锅加香菜点缀,即可享用。
