椒香腊肠毛芹菜

Steps to make 椒香腊肠毛芹菜

  • 1.毛芹菜去根,淡盐水浸泡15分钟,洗净切段。
  • 2.腊肠切丁,腊肠是提前蒸熟的。
  • 3.葱、姜、蒜、小米辣切碎。
  • 4.锅中放平时炒菜一半的油,油热放葱姜蒜、小米辣、腊肠,炒出香味。
  • 5.倒入毛芹菜,加1勺蚝油、1勺酱油,2勺藤椒油,小半勺白糖,大火翻炒至芹菜变色,关火出锅。
  • 6.鲜香爽脆,香辣下饭。
  • 7.芹菜甘凉清香,可以有效降低血压;芹菜还具有润肺止咳、健胃利血、清肠利便等功效;如果是肺气不宣、脾胃虚弱或者经常的便秘的患者可以食用芹菜;如果经常口臭、食欲较差的患者,食用芹菜可以缓解口臭,增强人体食物;芹菜作为一种抗氧化剂,还可以清除人体内多余的毒素,有效预防癌症。毛芹菜含铁量较高,缺铁性贫血的可以多吃点。
