家庭自制转化糖浆

Steps to make 家庭自制转化糖浆

  • 1.准备原料:白糖200g水180ml,鲜柠檬汁25ml
  • 2.将柠檬由中间切开
  • 3.挤出柠檬汁备用
  • 4.白糖加入不锈钢锅内(不能使用铁锅或铝锅)
  • 5.加入水,略微搅拌一下,让糖和水混合
  • 6.水烧开后,加入柠檬汁
  • 7.再度烧开后,转小火,这之后就不要再搅拌
  • 8.这时有些糖水粘在了锅壁上,用毛刷沾水沿锅边向下刷一刷
  • 9.继续用小火加热,慢慢会看到糖浆颜色由浅变
  • 10.煮的时间越长,糖浆的颜色会越深,煮上20分钟到40分钟左右就可以了
  • 11.煮好的糖浆放入一个密封罐,放置一天后就可以使用了
