  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.把虾仁洗净滤干水分,把虾仁剁成虾滑,放入容器中,加入料酒和胡椒粉,盐和淀粉,顺时针方向搅拌至黏稠。
  • 3.准备好3个盘,一个倒入翠花粒,一个倒入芝士碎,另一个准备装虾球。
  • 4.依次把搅拌好的虾滑捏成小饼,把适量的芝士碎放入中间,慢慢捏成虾球,再放入翠花粒盘里滚一下,让整个虾球都均匀裹上翠花粒放入盘里。
  • 5.锅内放适量植物油烧六分热转中小火,把虾球轻轻放入锅中,慢慢炸,炸6分钟左右。
  • 6.捞起控干油,装入喜欢的盘中。
