买了个西柚,好苦,不能浪费,这可是好东西啊,最近蛋糕热,就烤蛋糕吧。据说西柚有去火减肥的作用,既能吃还减肥,不错的选择。

  • 低筋面粉50g
  • 色拉油30g
  • 西柚汁30g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 糖(蛋黄中)10g
  • 糖(蛋白中)30g
  • 西柚果粒30g
  • 白醋几滴

Steps to make 西柚戚风

  • 1.西柚剥皮,分成两份,一份用手小心的将颗粒分开,分成独立的颗粒状,另外一份榨汁
  • 2.榨好的西柚汁过筛滤去杂质,称出30g备用
  • 3.蛋白蛋黄分离
  • 4.加入蛋黄中的10g糖,打散
  • 5.加入30g西柚汁搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 7.筛入低筋面粉,翻拌均匀
  • 8.倒入果粒
  • 9.拌匀备用。烤箱预热,上火130,下火110
  • 10.蛋白打成鱼眼泡状,加入1/3白糖,滴几滴白醋
  • 11.呈较粗泡沫,开始变浓稠时第二次加入1/3糖
  • 12.第三次加入白糖,打到干性发泡的状态
  • 13.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀
  • 14.将拌匀的蛋黄糊倒回到蛋白盆中,翻拌均匀
  • 15.倒入模具,抹平表面,用力震两下震出里面的气泡。送入预热好的烤箱。上火130,下火110,60分钟
  • 16.取出后倒扣冷却后脱模
  • 17.多多的果粒啊
