  • 白糖75克
  • 牛奶105克
  • 玉米油60 克
  • 玫瑰酱1大勺

Steps to make 玫瑰戚风蛋糕

  • 1.各种材料称重,牛奶和玉米油混合均匀。
  • 2.加入蛋黄和低筋粉拌匀。
  • 3.加入一大勺玫瑰酱搅拌均匀即可。
  • 4.蛋黄糊就好了。
  • 5.蛋白放到深一点的容器中,搅打出鱼眼泡加入二分之一白糖,搅打。
  • 6.搅打到发白以后再加入剩下的白糖,搅打到提起打蛋器有直角出现就可以了。
  • 7.把蛋清分三次加入到蛋黄糊中,上下翻拌。
  • 8.翻拌均匀,这个速度要快,轻,防止消泡。
  • 9.倒入到8寸模具中。
  • 10.烤箱上下火200度预热5分钟,改150度下层65分钟。
  • 11.蛋糕烤好了,还带着淡淡的粉,淡淡的花香。。。。
