近些年流行的一道“油焖大虾”使用是起源于湖北潜江的卾菜,使用的是其实是淡水的鳌虾(俗称小龙虾)制作,与鲁菜的油焖大虾不同

  • 1.将虾洗净,并挑出虾线,
  • 2.挑好的虾放在盘子中
  • 3.将葱姜蒜分别切好,备用
  • 4.油预热,放入切好的葱姜蒜,翻炒,至有香味溢出
  • 5.倒入基围虾,继续翻炒,
  • 6.虾身全部变红,即可。
