  • 5.南瓜去皮去瓤洗净切片
  • 6.放入蒸锅中,开大火烧开转中火再蒸10分钟
  • 7.蒸至用筷子一插就透就可以
  • 8.将南瓜块晾凉后放入料理杯中
  • 9.搅打成泥后倒入面包桶中
  • 10.倒入面粉
  • 11.挖个小洞放入酵母
  • 12.和成光滑的面团
  • 13.放入一个大碗中,加盖保鲜膜发酵至两倍大
  • 14.将面团揉揉排气后分成小剂子
  • 15.取一个放在掌心搓圆
  • 16.按平成小饼
  • 17.捏一小块红豆搓成圆形放入皮中
  • 18.用虎口收口
  • 19.捏紧收口
  • 20.搓圆,收口朝下
  • 21.用锯齿刀压成印
  • 22.压成六道印
  • 23.用筷子的粗头在顶部压成一个小窝
  • 24.取一个葡萄干放入小窝中当成蒂
  • 25.依次做好摆放在铺好茏布的蒸屉中,醒发10分钟后开水上锅开中火再蒸12-15分钟即可
