  • 6.下油爆香蒜蓉蔥頭。
  • 7.下梅頭肉丁炒香。
  • 8.再放入紅蘿蔔丁炒至均勻。
  • 9.加入調味料。
  • 10.再加入水和板栗中小火炆煮20分鐘。
  • 11.椎栗鹵至入味后。
  • 12.加入香芋再蚊煮10分鐘至收汁。
