【四叶小馆】泡菜猪肉

  • 辣椒粉300g
  • 食盐200g
  • 糯米粉50g

  • 1.做泡菜猪肉第一步是——做泡菜,就是辣白菜
  • 2.准备食材
  • 3.娃娃菜一刀切开成两半
  • 4.食盐
  • 5.切好的白菜抹上食盐
  • 6.搁置一晚上
  • 7.准备苹果泥、柠檬醋、鱼露、姜泥、蒜泥、辣椒粉(还可以添加白萝卜泥和梨泥,因为我没准备,所以就没用)
  • 8.糯米粉
  • 9.调凉水用小火煮至粘稠
  • 10.把各种泥、辣椒、糯米胡、鱼露、柠檬醋搅在一起
  • 11.拌均匀成为酱料备用
  • 12.白菜用凉开水淘净
  • 13.挤干水份晾一晾
  • 14.白菜每一层抹好酱料
  • 15.放进干净的玻璃罐子密封放冰箱储存15天
  • 16.辣白菜就做好了
  • 17.单独吃也是很赞的哈
  • 18.殴~看张大图休息一下
  • 19.现在开始来做泡菜猪肉
  • 20.五花肉用开水煮熟
  • 21.切片之后用热油爆炒打卷,最好多炒一炒,可以去除多余的油脂,然后起锅备用
  • 22.热油中放入腌辣白菜的辣椒酱料炒香
  • 23.开水入锅煮,加上点香菇煮5分钟先,然后再把切好的辣白菜和炒好的肉片一同放进锅中。
  • 24.添加调味料的食盐(按自己口味来哈),入锅喜欢酸的小盆友还可以加点醋(一切按自己口味为主)
  • 25.起锅配上白米饭
  • 26.真由美说最少可以吃四碗米饭哦~~~
