  • 1.牛肉提前两小时清水浸泡,除去血水。
  • 2.切成小块,清洗干净。
  • 3.凉水入锅,加姜片葱段料酒,水开后撇出浮末,然后清水洗净控水。
  • 4.配料中的固体备齐。

  • 6.老卤解冻后煮开,放入焯好的牛肉。
  • 7.配料放进去(也可根据口味酌情添加)。
  • 8.配料中的液体放进去。
  • 9.加适量清水没过食材。
  • 10.黄豆酱放一点点,大火上汽后转中火压30分钟。
  • 11.牛肉在卤汁里面浸泡两小时充分入味。
  • 12.吃的时候切片即可。
