蓝莓椰子酥
蓝莓椰子酥,材料简单、方便快手、口感酥脆,椰香十足,吃一个就停不了口。

Steps to make 蓝莓椰子酥

  • 1.材料集合图。黄油提前软化,椰蓉、低筋面粉过筛后混合。蓝莓干用热水浸泡后捏去水分切碎。
  • 2.黄油用手动打蛋器搅打均匀,加入糖和盐搅打均匀。蛋黄打散分次加入黄油中搅打均匀。
  • 3.加入低筋面粉和椰蓉。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入切碎的蓝莓干。
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,成为蓝莓椰子面团。
  • 7.将面团用双手搓成长条状,分成成10克左右的小面团。
  • 8.将小面团搓成球形,摆在铺好油纸的烤盘上,空开距离。烤箱180度预热,烤盘放置中层,上下火烤20分钟左右,再用余温焖10分钟。
  • 9.烤好的蓝莓椰子酥。
