Steps to make 小熊猫曲奇

  • 1.准备好食材,低筋面粉150g、黄油51g、糖粉60g、可可粉10g、香草精2滴、鸡蛋液25g。小熊饼干模具一套。
  • 2.室温软化的黄油51g加入糖粉60g。用电动打蛋器先搅拌下,至糖粉与黄油混合后在开打蛋器,将其打至蓬发,颜色发白。
  • 3.分5次加入半枚鸡蛋液25g。加入两滴香草精,没有可不加。
  • 4.黄油打至顺滑体积膨大。
  • 5.分成两份,每份大约70g左右。
  • 6.低筋面粉分两份70g+80g。80g低粉筛入一黄油内,橡皮刮刀压拌成面团。70g低粉+10g可可粉,筛入另一黄油内,橡皮刮刀压拌成面团。
  • 7.将面团装入保鲜袋内,入冰箱冷藏60分钟。
  • 8.冷藏面团取出可可的,在保鲜袋里擀成0.2cm左右厚度的面皮。压出熊猫的身体,码入不粘烤盘内。烤箱自带烤盘需铺油纸。
  • 9.原味面团取出,在保鲜袋里擀成0.2cm厚的面皮。压出熊猫的五官,在压出脸部轮廓,以及肚兜、短裤、围巾。压好的熊猫脸轻轻拿起,用牙签弄掉眼睛部位面,将其码入可可熊猫饼干胚的头部。将肚兜、短裤、围巾轻拿起码入熊猫饼干胚的身体对应位置。
  • 10.整形好的饼干胚入预热好的烤箱内烘焙,烘焙150度上下火中层28分钟左右
