翻糖蛋糕
超级喜欢这一家子,儿子也超爱这部动画片,做个蛋糕送给宝贝,让宝贝开心一下。第一次玩翻糖,做的有些粗糙。想让蛋糕体高一些,所以我用了半个可可海绵蛋糕和一个重油蛋糕,都是六寸的。

Steps to make 翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.所需工具
  • 2.手上抹少许白油取翻糖膏适量,用手揉至柔软光滑有弹性即可,用擀面杖擀成薄片
  • 3.用雕刻刀雕出大体轮廓
  • 4.另取翻糖膏适量
  • 5.用牙签调入适量色素,要一点一点的添加
  • 6.将色素和翻糖膏混合均匀
  • 7.调出需要的颜色
  • 8.雕刻出细节图
  • 9.雕刻出人物的各个部分
  • 10.用翻糖笔抹少许蜂蜜,将雕刻出的各个部分进行组装,并进行细节的调整
  • 11.人物部分组装好
  • 12.重油蛋糕去掉顶部凸起的部分
  • 13.海绵蛋糕取半片即可
  • 14.两片之间抹上巧克力酱
  • 15.最上层也抹上一层巧克力酱
  • 16.将蛋糕主体的翻糖膏染好颜色,擀开。直径要大于蛋糕体加两边高度的值
  • 17.将其铺在蛋糕体上
  • 18.抹平表面,去掉底部多余的部分
  • 19.将表面修整一下
  • 20.取白色翻糖膏,用模具压出形状
  • 21.用翻糖工具压一下,使之有立体感,我没买海绵垫,所以用的抽纸包代替
  • 22.取另外一个花朵模具,压出形状
  • 23.用翻糖工具整理一下形状
  • 24.用蜂蜜将他们组合在一起,中间放上糖珠,将花朵晾干定型
  • 25.将所有部分组装在蛋糕体上
