  • 1.超市购买土豆和火腿,土豆最好选长椭圆形的,这样容易烘烤。
  • 2.将土豆刨皮洗净,底下垫一双筷子,防止将土豆切断。
  • 3.将土豆均匀的切成薄约3-5毫米的薄片,底部必须还是相连的。
  • 4.将土豆用锡纸包好,哑光面朝外。放入烤箱中层,温度为250度,时间为30-50分钟不等,要根据各家烤箱情况而定,戴上手套捏土豆外锡纸,如果变软就说明土豆烤好了。
  • 5.烤土豆的同时将火腿切成半圆形的薄片,不要切太厚,薄片厚度在3-5毫米即可。
  • 6.将切好的火腿撒入食盐、黑胡椒粒和色拉油拌匀。
  • 7.将烤好的土豆拿出,剥开锡纸晾凉一会。
  • 8.挨个将火腿片夹在土豆里,慢慢的夹,不要将土豆掰断了。
  • 9.夹好后再用刷子在土豆表面刷上一层橄榄油再放进烤箱中。
  • 10.将烤箱温度降到200度,时间在15-20分钟就可以烤好了。
