烘焙中最喜欢的便是派了,各种的派都喜欢,南瓜派还是紫薯派,吃上一次就让人上瘾,宝宝也最喜欢了,主动要求妈妈做紫薯派,软软糯糯的,含在嘴里,慢慢的品尝,味道~~~~

  • 黄油50g
  • 糖粉40g、
  • 蛋黄两个
  • 紫薯泥220g、
  • 淡奶油180g
  • 白砂糖20g、
  • 紫薯泥220g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 淡奶油180g

Steps to make 紫薯派

  • 1.将全部材料准备好,黄油室温下切小块软化好。
  • 2.黄油加糖粉、面粉搓成屑状。
  • 3.再加入两个蛋黄,搅拌。
  • 4.合成光滑的面团,用保鲜膜包好,放冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 5.30分钟后,将面团从冰箱中拿出来,擀成5mm的薄片,放在派模中,边缘和底部用手压实。
  • 6. 再用叉子在皮底叉一些小洞,防止派皮受热膨胀变形。
  • 7. 将煮熟的紫薯剥皮,打成泥。
  • 8. 加入B中的材料拌成紫薯馅料。
  • 9.将馅料导入派模中8分满。
  • 10. 然后在表面撒上奶酥粒。
  • 11. 烤箱预热,中层,上火150°,下火180°,30分钟即可。
