黑白芝麻脆饼
今天做的这款芝麻薄脆饼是在圆猪猪那里学的,和以前蛋白薄脆饼口感一样脆脆的,但是黄油量却是大大减少,而且加了大量的芝麻所以非常香,味道真好。

  • 玉米淀粉4g
  • 蛋白60g
  • 糖粉50g

Steps to make 黑白芝麻脆饼

  • 1.准备好材料,黄油提前融化
  • 2.蛋白里面加入糖粉,用打蛋器搅打均匀
  • 3.加入黄油里面,继续搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入黑白芝麻里面
  • 7.搅拌均匀成浓稠的糊糊
  • 8.用勺子均匀的舀在烤盘上,放入预热好的烤箱,160度,上层,12分钟左右。
