这几天比较喜欢吃炒年糕,所以在网上学习了怎样做,这下就可以自己动手了,所谓自己动手,丰衣足食!
  辣炒年糕在韩国是个很普遍的小吃,走在街上随处可看到男男女女、老老少少们在小贩前吃着紅通通的炒年糕。小贩卖的辣炒年糕用料很简单,只有年糕和甜不辣,我自己都会,再加些洋葱和白菜,这样的辣炒年糕吃起来营养更均衡唷!

    Steps to make 韩式辣炒年糕

    • 1.材料:年糕、甜不辣(如果没有也无妨)、洋葱、胡萝卜、白菜、葱、韩式辣椒酱。
    • 2.甜不辣、洋莸、胡萝卜、白菜切丝,葱切寸段。
    • 3.如果买不到长条型的年糕也可以用这种代替。
    • 4.一般炒年糕不用油炒,是用水煮而成的。我把他改成先用油把洋葱、胡萝卜爆香。
    • 5.洋葱、胡萝卜稍微爆香一下就好(別炒到熟),接着倒入适量的水,我的水量是一杯(年糕的量是一人份约20小条)
    • 6.再把甜不辣、白菜一起放进锅中。
    • 7.煮至水开,加上适量的韩式辣椒酱,我的韩式辣椒酱是带甜味的,所以不需再加糖,如果用的是原味的韩式辣椒酱就要加糖唷!因为辣炒年糕吃起來要甜甜辣辣的才好吃!
    • 8.继续煮到滚。
    • 9.接着放入年糕。
    • 10.一直煮到汤汁收开浓稠为止。
    • 11.最后加上葱段翻炒均匀起锅。
    • 12.韩式辣炒年糕炒好啰!
