  • 1.牛肋条改刀小块,浸泡一会换两次水。
  • 2.酸菜切小块。
  • 3.姜葱蒜小米辣备好。
  • 4.冷水放入牛肉,放入一勺料酒,准备给牛肉焯水。
  • 5.焯水后沥干水分。
  • 6.热锅温油,放入香料,小火煸炒。
  • 7.放入姜葱蒜小米辣,继续翻炒。
  • 8.一勺豆瓣酱,小火炒香。
  • 9.炒出红油。
  • 10.倒入牛肉,翻炒均匀。
  • 11.加入两种酱油,翻炒均匀。
  • 12.加入一点点白糖,翻炒。
  • 13.加入酸菜,翻炒均匀。
  • 14.加入沒过牛肉的开水。
  • 15.盖上盖子,小火慢炖一个半小时,牛肉软烂即可。
