Steps to make 樱花水信玄饼

  • 1.取4~5朵盐渍樱花,用200g水浸泡5分钟左右,期间用镊子轻轻拨动一下,有利于泡掉花朵的盐份
  • 2.再用200g温水浸泡5分钟以后,用镊子轻轻晃动花茎,舒展花朵.最后用200g温水加入10g糖,浸泡10分钟.继续舒展花朵
  • 3.凉开水220g加入10g凉粉.搅拌均匀
  • 4.把凉粉溶液放到电磁炉上小火加热至粉类融化.冒小泡.用勺子把白色的泡泡舀出.
  • 5.把凉粉溶液倒入球形模具的四分之三处.
  • 6.用镊子把泡好的樱花放进液体里.,用镊子舒展樱花的状态.
  • 7.舒展完后,保证樱花的花朵充分绽放
  • 8.再把模具另一半盖上,往模具的凹槽里注水,再把剩余的凉粉溶液用小漏斗注入球体,直至模具满
  • 9.在模具凹槽里放上重石
  • 10.自然冷却20分钟,再进冰箱冷冻20分钟
  • 11.冷冻结束,取出来,樱花水信玄饼就好啦!
  • 12.晶莹剔透啊!可以撒上黄豆粉一起食用
  • 13.粉粉的!其实还可以放其他的花在里面.
