燕麦豆沙排包
维仕美破壁料理机由于功率大,其研磨功能特别强大,可以瞬间将食材粉碎,因此特别适合处理烘焙的基础食材。这次我将燕麦片打成了粉,加入到面包面团中,这样经过烤制而成的面包不仅营养丰富,而且口感也非常细腻,拉丝效果也很不错呦。馅料用到的红豆沙也是前几天用这台维仕美破壁料理机做的,口感非常好。

  • 牛奶110克
  • 玉米油40克
  • 酵母粉3克
  • 燕麦片50克
  • 鸡蛋90克
  • 绵白糖20克
  • 精盐3克

Steps to make 燕麦豆沙排包

  • 1.将燕麦片倒入维仕美破壁机的搅拌杯中,
  • 2.启动研磨功能,将燕麦片打成细粉,
  • 3.将除全蛋液和红豆沙外的所有食材加入到面包桶中,
  • 4.启动和面程序,和面25分钟,
  • 5.然后选择发酵程序,发酵40分钟,
  • 6.启动面包机和面10分钟,将发酵好的面团进行排气,
  • 7.将排气后的面团取出,分割成8份,
  • 8.取一份面团,擀长,
  • 9.抹上红豆沙,
  • 10.从一头卷起,收口捏紧,
  • 11.全部做好后,码入不粘烤盘,
  • 12.入烤箱,底部放一碗热水,启动发酵功能,发酵30分钟,
  • 13.在发酵好的面包坯表面,刷上全蛋液,
  • 14.入预热好的烤箱,中层,180度,上下火,烤15分钟。
