水晶紫薯汤圆
几个正好凑成了我的水晶汤圆,很久前屯的木薯粉,总想怎么用掉,正好朋友圈有人说想要吃水晶汤圆,正好有木薯粉,正好家里有紫薯,正好我有空,就做这个了,成品颜色很漂亮,外皮弹馅心香。

  • 炼乳1大勺
  • 淡奶油1大勺

Steps to make 水晶紫薯汤圆

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.木薯粉加入开水,边加变搅拌,带粉成一个个小面团就可以。
  • 3.稍微凉一下,用手揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜放一边待用。
  • 4.熟的紫薯去皮压成泥。
  • 5.加入炼乳,淡奶油
  • 6.拌匀成馅。
  • 7.分别将馅料和面皮分成小份。
  • 8.再将馅料包进皮里。
  • 9.做好的汤圆。
  • 10.下锅煮熟。(烧开后加两次凉水继续烧开就差不多了)
  • 11.晶莹剔透,又弹又香的紫薯水晶汤圆就做好了。
