Steps to make 黄金蛋饺

  • 1.把食材备好。
  • 2.胡萝卜切碎备用。
  • 3.莲藕去皮,用刀背敲碎,这样的口感非常的赞。
  • 4.把所有的食材都切碎后放入调料拌匀,加入一勺食用油口感更嫩。
  • 5.蛋打碎,加入一勺用水调好的水淀粉,这样才容易成型。
  • 6.我开始用平底锅刷一层油,放入蛋液,无奈锅底中间高四周低,只能做成饼皮了。
  • 7.把肉馅铺在蛋皮上,然后卷起来即可。
  • 8.也是挺好的。
  • 9.后换成铁锅,刷一层薄薄的油,放入少量蛋液,轻轻移动锅头就能得到一个小圆饼,放入肉馅,把另一边盖上,轻轻压一压即可得到一个蛋饺。
  • 10.做好的蛋卷和蛋饺只是半成品,要吃的时候要放入蒸锅里大火蒸十分钟后才能吃哦。
  • 11.这是蒸好的蛋卷和蛋饺,切开即可食用,口感非常的赞,年夜饭放上一盘金黄的蛋饺,感觉非常的喜庆哦!
