  • 1.杨梅冲洗几遍,清洗干净,干净用淡盐水浸泡半小时左右,在用清水冲洗一遍。
  • 2.清洗干净的杨梅,去梗,放置通风处,完全晾干。
  • 3.准备一干净的玻璃罐,一是抗腐蚀,二是方便观察颜色的变化,这个过程很有趣。放一层杨梅,一层冰糖。
  • 4.倒入白酒,没过杨梅,放到阴凉处,密封保存即可,大概2个月左右就可以喝了。泡制果酒,要选用清香型的白酒,浓香或酱香型的会掩盖水果的自然香味,不太适合。
