  • 1.腊肉蒸熟晾凉,切片。
  • 2.蒜苗用刀把杆拍一下,切段,杆和叶分开放。姜切丝,小米辣斜切成段。
  • 3.锅中倒油,放一把青花椒,小火炸出香味,捞出花椒粒。
  • 4.放肥一点的腊肉,小火炒透明,出油脂。
