    Steps to make 五仁汤圆

    • 1.熟瓜子,去壳,取瓜子仁
    • 2.擀碎
    • 3.花生烤熟
    • 4.去皮
    • 5.擀碎
    • 6.山核桃仁烤熟
    • 7.擀碎
    • 8.黑白芝麻烤熟
    • 9.擀碎
    • 10.徐福记酥糖,各种口味各取两块
    • 11.擀碎
    • 12.所有五仁混合在一起,拌匀
    • 13.因为加了酥糖,有甜度,但甜味淡点,我又加了2勺糖粉
    • 14.拌匀,尝尝味道,甜度觉得不够可以再加糖,我这次做的稍微有点甜
    • 15.我做的馅料比较多,用不了,取部分馅料到小碗里。据说正宗的要加猪板油,加猪油或黄油也可,我都没用,加了一点蜂蜜
    • 16.蜂蜜不用多,只是为了借助它的粘性,粗略拌一拌,只要馅料微微湿润能成团即可
    • 17.把馅料分成8克一份,搓成小球
    • 18.取适量糯米粉
    • 19.用80℃的热水烫面,搅拌到没有干粉
    • 20.再揉成面团
    • 21.面团分成12克一份
    • 22.取一份糯米面团按扁
    • 23.包入一份馅料
    • 24.包好,搓圆一个汤圆就做好了
    • 25.依次做好余下的汤圆
    • 26.奶锅坐水烧开,下汤圆,不用盖盖子
    • 27.煮到汤圆浮起即可
    • 28.吃汤圆喽!
    • 29.咬开后,馅料是流心的,甜甜糯糯,一点儿不比卖的差。
