洋芋叉叉
洋芋叉叉是陕北农家传统小吃。洋芋是陕北农家的重要食品,当地人喜欢吃洋芋,也吃出不少名堂,洋芋叉叉便是其中的一种,类似于关中麦饭。

Steps to make 洋芋叉叉

  • 1.洋芋洗净,去皮。
  • 2.用叉子叉成丝。
  • 3.泡入水中。
  • 4.用清水淘洗干净,控干水分。
  • 5.红椒切段,蒜苗切丝,备面粉一小碗。
  • 6.面粉倒入土豆丝中。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.入开水锅蒸20分钟至成熟。
  • 9.蒸好的洋芋叉叉。
  • 10.盛入碗中,上放红椒、蒜苗、盐。
  • 11.放味精。
  • 12.坐锅入油,热后用勺舀出热油泼在蒜苗辣子上。
  • 13.用筷子拌匀。
  • 14.盛入木碗中。
